Q: How do I get a cleaner to come to my place for a cleaning inspection and quote?

1. You first need to fill out the form Request for FREE Inspection and Quotation

2. Once form is received, we will contact you within 24 hours and confirm an inspection date and time.

Q: What happens during and after the cleaning inspection with the cleaner? 

During inspection:

1. You (or your delegate) will have to be present on-site at the date and time of inspection.

2. You need to explain what areas need to be cleaned and walk-through with the cleaner all the specific tasks that need to be carried out.

After inspection:

1. The cleaner will then be able to advise an exact quote.

2. If you are happy with the quote, the next step is to arrange for cleaning which you can discuss with the cleaner on the day.

3. For commercial clients, if you require a formal quotation form please let us know and we can arrange this for you immediately.

Q: How much will it cost?

It depends on the type of service(s) you require. Price may change due to difficulty and areas requiring a lot more time. Usually, we charge an hourly rate for our services. Our rates are affordable and very competitive. The cleaner will discuss the exact quote with you during the cleaning inspection.

Q: What happens if I need to cancel my cleaning or inspection?  

Please notify us 24 hours in advance (either by phone or email) and we can re-schedule another date and time for you.

Q: Do you have Occupational, Health and Safety procedures implemented? 

Yes; we are very committed to providing a safe, secure and healthy environment for our staff, clients and their suppliers and customers. This will be achieved by management and employees working together to attain best practice, and with the co-operation of our clients. All commercial work sites are assessed for risk prior to commencement, with hazards identified and Safe Method Work Statement produced if required by the client.

With these documented procedures and total commitment from management, our business has never experienced any 'lost-time' accident since business operation and this goes to show we are 100% entrusted and dedicated to our cleaning jobs, clients and our staff. 

Q: Do I need to provide tools and equipment for the cleaners? 

No; you do not need to provide anything. We have our own cleaning agents, cleaning equipments necessary for job completion.

Q: What cleaning agents do you use? 

Whether it is in your home, office or property site, we use non-toxic and eco-friendly cleaning products which are safe for allergy sufferers, young children, pets, the elderly and pregnant women.
